Our Process

  1. Fill out the request a quote.
  2. After you have submitted the request someone from the team will reach out to confirm receipt and ask any additional questions, if needed. 
  3. The LinguaLinx team will review the files and prepare a quote for you.
  4. DOE staff will need the quote to acquire a Purchase order. 
    • Please note a PO is required to have work completed.
    • If you need assistance, LinguaLinx can help put you in contact with your FLAC to walk you through the DOE purchasing process.
  5. Once the PO has been generated DOE staff will provide the PO and a statement approving the quote to nycdoe@lingualinx.com.  We will then begin our translation process.
  6. Upon completion of the translations, LinguaLinx will deliver the files to the DOE staff.
