Last year in Denver was great, so this year we’re heading back! LinguaLinx will be exhibiting at the ATD 2017 International Conference and Expo. This year’s conference will be held May 21st – May 24th in Atlanta, GA. If you’re a training and development professional who is attending, visit LinguaLinx at ATD 2017, Booth #228. Team members Caitlin Nicholson and Kayleigh Gratton will be there representing our team.
What are we most excited about? It’s hard to narrow it down to just a few things, but let’s try!
“Training localization does not have to be challenging,” says Kayleigh. “That’s why we’re here – to speak with training and development professionals to see how we can make the localization process run more smoothly.”
“Most companies are global, which creates the demand for quality multilingual training content,” adds Caitlin. “We offer a full suite of solutions that can help make content ‘speak the language’ (puns always intended) of both your company and global learners.”
“We made a lot of really great connections at ATD 2016! It will be great to meet up with everyone again in Atlanta to catch up on the last year and see how we can continue to work together,” says Caitlin.
“It’s always great to see the faces and voices behind the countless emails and phone calls,” agrees Kayleigh. “A lot of our friends in the training and development industry will be there, and we look forward to seeing them.”
“The Expo Hall is huge! There are over 400 vendors that provide a full range of products and services for the training and development industries. This presents a great networking opportunity,” says Kayleigh.
“Of course, we highly recommend stopping by our booth (#228) to talk about language translation and localization services,” adds Caitlin. “In addition, we’re always looking for partners or resources to add for our clients interested in training solutions.”
“Training and development conferences are always about learning! We like to stay on top of trends and learn from our clients how to best work with them,” says Caitlin.
“Though we do not directly develop training content, it is important to stay current on what is going on in an industry we work very closely with,” says Kayleigh.
“We love that our job gives us the opportunity to travel to new cities,” says Kayleigh. “Atlanta is one of the largest cities in the southern United States. We’re excited to explore!”
“I’ve never been to Atlanta (besides the airport)! As an avid baseball fan, I’m excited to maybe check out a [Braves] ball game and see a little bit of the city,” says Caitlin.
